Greetings Colleagues, I trust you're well and in good spirits. The HBCU Library Alliance Board of Directors agreed to a revision of the 2017 Bylaws. The revision is being submitted to the membership for their vote. Requirements for Bylaws Changes Amendments to the Bylaws must be approved by a two-thirds majority vote of eligible voting representatives before they become effective. Each member in good standing shall be entitled to one vote. Members received draft Bylaws for review in August 2023. Your patience is appreciated as we manage this process. In accordance with the HBCU Library Alliance Bylaws, Article VII, Section A, please access the attached document to view the current Bylaws with the proposed changes.
