Colleagues:

I am happy that our relationship with Proquest continues.  This company has worked to support our access to these valuable materials on behalf of the late Mr. Ron Clowney, one of their former executives who happened to be African-American and who worked diligently to support our institutions.  I hope that you will take advantage of this offer and acknowledge your appreciation to the company or one of their representatives.  Thanks.
