Bennett College and Papa John's partnership made official with visit from President/CEO Steve Ritchie and members of his Executive Team
The partnership between Bennett College and Papa John's officially got underway on March 12 when Papa John's President/CEO Steve Ritchie and members of his Executive Team came to campus for a day of events.

Ritchie was interviewed by Journalism and Media Studies students Ebony Duell of Raleigh, North Carolina, and Das'ja Sanford of Dayton, Ohio, inside the JMS Department's new, state-of-the-art TV and photography studio. After the interview and a brief tour of the campus, Ritchie and his team met with Bennett College President Dr. Phyllis Worthy Dawkins and her Leadership Team in the Bell Board Room to discuss how the partnership can be mutually beneficial.

At 1 p.m., a Women's Empowerment Panel was held inside the multipurpose room of the Global Learning Center. Among the panelist was 1992 Bennett graduate Dr. Pamela Warner, a pediatrician with ABC Pediatrics of Greensboro. The engaging panel discussion, moderated by Bennett Associate Professor Tammy McNeil, was followed by a 2:30 p.m. check presentation and press conference.

Ritchie and Dawkins said internships for Bennett Belles are one of the things being considered as the two companies continue working together.
