I need your assistance in best practices for a turnkey solution. Have any of you approached your ff&e budget in any of the following manners: ü One company writing the specifications and another company executing to the specifications ü One company (i.e. library design, furniture interior) handling the entire process ü Committee posting/sending out an RFP as we did for the design-build process to include writing specifications and a turnkey solution Any assistance you can provide will be appreciated.
