I am writing to request your participation in a brief survey about African-American librarians who reside and work in the United States in all kinds of libraries, including academic, public, and special libraries. Your feedback about your experiences will enable further research and will be a valuable addition to library literature.

Your participation in the survey is entirely voluntary. Any personal information will be kept strictly confidential according to the IRB standards and laws of the United States. The Elizabeth City State University Institutional Review Board has approved this survey. Please read the consent page before taking the survey.

The survey should not take more than 20 minutes to complete. Please click on the link below to access the survey.
