Harris-Stowe Chief Financial Officer and Interim President Joins Eagle
Bank Board
ST. LOUIS, MO (February 3, 2014) - Constance G. Gully, interim president
at Harris-Stowe University and the executive vice president for Business
and Financial Affairs, will join the Eagle Bank and Trust Company Board
of Directors effective January 28, 2014.
Gully brings a wealth of financial stewardship experience and dedication
to the greater St. Louis community to the Eagle Bank board. Since August
2013 she has served as interim president at Harris-Stowe, responsible
for the university's academic, fiscal and operational activities. Ms.
Gully continues serving as the university's chief financial officer. She
began her career at Harris-Stowe in 1998.
"Constance is an ideal addition to our board. She has a wonderful
combination of financial acumen and valuable insight into the particular
needs of educating the young people who are the very fabric of the
community we serve," said Mike Walsh, Eagle Bank and Trust president and
CEO.
Gully is a licensed Certified Public Accountant who received her MBA at
Lindenwood University and undergraduate Accounting degree at Illinois
State University. Before joining Harris-Stowe she held audit and
accounting positions at the City of St. Louis Comptroller's Office and
two private CPA firms in the St. Louis area.
