HISTORY:  On the anniversary of the death of Ferguson teenager Michael Brown, Jr., the St. Louis community observes this solemn occasion with a thoughtful assessment of the events of the past year including the immediate unrest, actions of the Ferguson Commission, the nationwide displays of activism and the calls for peace in recent weeks.
