Howard University's Army ROTC program will host a senior leader professional mentorship forum featuring 10 top officers on Nov. 6, 2014, from 1:30-3:30 p.m. in Cramton Auditorium.
The officers serve as principle advisors to President Obama, the Army chief of staff, the secretary of Defense and the secretary of the Army, and will participate in seminars and panel discussions.
More than 300 cadets from Howard University, Morgan State University, Bowie State University, Hampton University, Norfolk State University, Georgetown University and George Mason Army ROTC are expected to attend.
The Army ROTC program at Howard strives to leverage Army resources to enhance each cadet's ability to develop into a competent, confident, adaptive leader within our society and our armed forces. This event not only serves the cadet's growth and development as a leader, but also creates a platform to shape the landscape for future endeavors of this magnitude at Howard University.
