Working independently and flexibly in a team environment, the reference/instructional services librarian will coordinate, plan, and promote the library's instruction program and its assessment, identify partnerships with campus programs and explore ways to integrate library resources and instruction into academic and special programs. The interested candidate will assist with the development of tutorials and online or web-based instruction to better support students off campus as well as provide traditional and virtual reference and research assistance. Qualifications include ALA-accredited master's degree in library or information science, two years experience in an academic library with reference and instruction experience, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of current trends in information literacy and academic librarianship.
