Presidential Inauguration Scheduled for Feb. 22-26 at XULA

New Orleans LA - The inauguration events leading to and including the investiture of new Xavier University of Louisiana President Dr. C. Reynold Verret have been scheduled for Feb. 22-26.

Inauguration week will include six events, including a student celebration, Black History Month convocation, a Mass and reception, a student performance, the investiture, and a following luncheon.

The investiture of Xavier's the sixth (and second lay) president will take place Feb. 26 at 11:00 a.m. in the Convocation Center. He officially took office July 01, 2015.
