Bennett College Awarded Accreditation Status by TRACS

President Suzanne Walsh announced that Bennett College has been awarded accreditation status by the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS). The announcement was made on campus at the iconic Bell Tower, where President Walsh was joined by Senator Dr. Gladys Ashe Robinson, '71, chair of the Bennett College Board of Trustees.

The awarding of accreditation status to Bennett College signifies that the college meets or exceeds rigorous standards of academic excellence, institutional effectiveness, and quality of education. Senator Robinson congratulated President Walsh on this noteworthy accomplishment, calling it "a wonderful day."

President Walsh emphasized that the achievement was a "full Belleverse effort" that involved the dedication and support of students, faculty, staff, alumnae, and trustees. She expressed gratitude to everyone who supported Bennett College on this journey.
