Edward Waters College News December 13, 2013 EWC Alum Receives Distinguished Award in Dubai DUBAI EMIRATE, United Arab Emirates - Edward Waters College alum, Edward Duncombe was awarded with the 2013 Recognition of the Learning and Development Leader of the Year. This award is granted to the person within the entire Middle East who is able to design and implement a strategic organizational development plan with validated results.
