Remote Learning Ends January 31, 2022 | COVID Testing Required

Remote/Virtual learning ends January 31. On February 1, all lecture and lab courses will be in-person. Online courses will remain as scheduled.
Check In Process:
Move in hours are Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. No move ins will be permitted on weekends, unless approval has been received in writing from the Director of Housing and Residence Life (or their designee) prior to arrival on campus.
You must have a negative COVID test 24 hours prior to arriving back to campus.
If you have a positive COVID test, you should isolate comfortably at home and not travel to the campus until you receive a negative test result.
All students returning to campus must submit a negative COVID test result via email to Student Health at studenthealthservices@fmuniv.edu<mailto:studenthealthservices@fmuniv.edu> prior to returning to campus
All students are required to retest upon entering campus and receive a negative COVID test result before receiving a key and moving into their residence halls
Campus COVID testing hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (last group tested at 11:45 a.m.) and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (last group tested at 4:45 p.m.)
No Pets are allowed on campus
Students arriving outside the designated move in hours and/or with pets will not be allowed on campus and will be responsible for coordinating their own housing accommodations until they have complied with Florida Memorial University policy/protocol.
Key Pick Up Locations:
Goode and Robinson residents pick up keys with hall staff in Goode Hall
LLC 1 and 3 residents pick up keys with hall staff in LLC 1
LLC 2 and 4 residents pick up keys with hall staff in LLC 4
Note: The University reserves the right to change the hours for Check In, COVID testing and/or testing frequency.
Isolation Process:
Students who submitted their negative COVID test results within 24 hours of arriving on campus and test positive on campus will be afforded the following options:
If students are from within the 50-mile radius, they will be required to isolate off-campus, in the comfort of their home.
If students are from outside the 50-mile radius, they will be accommodated based on availability in a designated isolation space on campus
Students who did not submit their negative test result prior to arriving on campus and test positive on campus will have the following options:
Isolate off campus and make alternative arrangements until their isolation period is over
Accommodations may be provided by the University based on availability
