Kentucky State University News August 30, 2020 Kentucky State University and Park Community Credit Union celebrate partnership Kentucky State University and Park Community Credit Union announced a partnership that will benefit both organizations and - most importantly - students. Kentucky State University Executive Vice President Douglas R. Allen II, Park Community President/CEO Jim Spradlin, Park Community Executive Vice President David Shadburne and Park Community Chief Operating Officer unveiled and cut the ribbon for the new Park Community Credit Union interactive teller machine (ITM) on campus. Spradlin also presented to EVP Allen a $15,000 check for student scholarships and a key to a University vehicle with Park Community signage. The announcement came at a joint press conference on the University campus, with a grab-and-go reception afterwards. Sandra M.
