The Digital Library Federation (DLF) is supporting one full tuition grant for an HBCU Library Alliance leader to attend the Leading Change Institute<https://leadingchangeinstitute.org/>. The Leading Change Institute<https://leadingchangeinstitute.org/>, a joint program of the Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR) and EDUCAUSE, brings together librarians, information technologists, and others who seek to further develop their skills for the benefit of higher education. The Digital Library Federation will support two full Tuition Grants for the 2019 Institute. Further details below: About the Program The Leading Change Institute is designed for leaders in higher education, including CIOs, librarians, information technology professionals, and administrators, who are interested in working collaboratively to promote and initiate change on critical issues affecting the academy. Participants in the Leading Change Institute learn from and discuss current events with a wide variety of influential individuals from academia, associations and societies, grantmaking agencies, industry, and government. Each class cohort reflects the diverse and dynamic spectrum of experience found in the current higher education workplace. Leaders with at least seven years' experience in the college or university environment are invited to apply. The 2019 LCI will be held at the Mason & Rook hotel in downtown Washington, DC from June 2-7, 2019. DLF Tuition Grants In 2019, DLF will support two Tuition Grants which cover the full cost of tuition-including program activities, lodging, and some meals. One grant is open to anyone, regardless of institutional affiliation, and one is dedicated to HBCU leadership.
