Good Morning,
I know we all are talking about retention and graduation rates. Our committee asked me to ask other library directors and deans the following:

  1. What are your respective graduation rates?
  2. What is causing trouble for student success?
  3. What courses are the most problematic for your students?
  4. What are successful programs?

I am in agreement with everything that has been said. At Oakwood, we would have to send it to Institutional Research, which would probably restate what was reported to IPEDS.
