Greetings Colleagues,

I trust you're well.  Today I'm celebrating the host matches for HBCU Library Alliance/ASERL Exchange Program. As you know, the goal of this program is to develop skills of emerging leaders and foster connections between participating hosts. The expected outcome of the exchange program is development and implementation of projects to advance strategic objectives at participating HBCU libraries.

Thanks are due our ASERL colleagues for their continued interest in this program.  During our initial conversations, I continue to hear that ASERL librarians learn as much as they share during the exchanges.

I'm particularly pleased and excited that this round of exchanges includes matches within the HBCU Community. Board Chair Mary Jo Fayoyin, Savannah State University (GA) and Board member Jerome Offord, Lincoln University (MO) will host exchange librarians. Thanks to them for sharing their skills and expertise in support of this program.
