KSU President Burse, employees inducted into Who’s Who Louisville

Kentucky’s historically black colleges and universities took center stage at Thursday evening’s Who’s Who Louisville: 2016 African American Profiles event at Churchill Downs. Both Kentucky State University President Raymond M. Burse and Simmons College of Kentucky President Kevin W. Cosby were the guest speakers at the networking reception that drew more than 400 inductees and guests.

The reception unveiled the new edition of the book, which documents the achievements of African Americans in the Louisville community.

In addition to President Burse’s induction into the glossy publication, other Kentucky State’s staff and faculty are highlighted such as Vice President of Academic Affairs Dr. Lynda Brown-Wright, Acting Chief Information Officer Wendy Dixie, Head Men’s and Women’s Track and Field Coach Torri Edwards, Director of Communications Diane Hawkins, Director of the Center for Academic Persistence & Success Sherrie Lyons, Assistant to the President for Academic and School District Outreach Vincent Mattox, Internal Auditor Ingram Quick, General Council Gordon Rowe and Dean of the University Lorna Shaw.
