Christopher Brown II is the featured speaker for the Kentucky Black Legislative Caucus's 15th-annual Legislative Black History Month Celebration Tuesday, Feb. 13 at 11:30 a.m. in the Capitol Rotunda. The annual event is a celebration of the contributions made by African Americans, historically and currently, to the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the nation.
