Kentucky State University President M. Christopher Brown II is the featured speaker for the Kentucky Black Legislative Caucus's 15th-annual Legislative Black History Month Celebration Tuesday, Feb. 13 at 11:30 a.m. in the Capitol Rotunda.

The annual event is a celebration of the contributions made by African Americans, historically and currently, to the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the nation.

Students, faculty, staff, alumni and community supporters are encouraged to attend as we celebrate the occasion.
