Wiley College In Marshall, Texas To Receive $1 Million Grant

Founded in 1873, Wiley College in Marshall, TX is one of 24 historically-black colleges and universities to receive a million-dollar grant to help improve job outcomes of graduates.

MILLION DOLLAR GRANT RECIPIENT - Wiley College in Marshall, Texas was selected to receive a $1 million dollar grant from United Negro College Fund to improve job outcomes of its graduates.  The UNCF Career Pathways Initiative, funded by Lilly Endowment Inc., awards $35 million in grants to selected historically-black colleges and universities and predominantly black institutions . The initiative is an effort to design and implement programs to improve employment outcomes for college graduates.
