Greetings Colleagues,

I trust you're well and in good spirits. Continue to practice an abundance of caution in all activities.

The Digital Library Federation 2020 virtual Forum (DLF)  https://forum2020.diglib.org/  is scheduled Monday and Tuesday, November 9 and 10.  DLF's guiding focus for this year's Forum is building community while apart. In addition to proposals from HBCU Library Alliance members accepted by DLF, the HBCU Library Alliance has been offered five 15-minute slots to present sessions on our library's digital archives. The presentations can include one or two speakers on a single topic or project. A maximum of two speakers is allowed per session.

DLF has agreed to assist as needed with recording/editing the presentations. If you are interested, please respond promptly to the survey link https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/RXGTZHT no later than Tuesday, October 6th. Sessions will need to be pre-recorded before October 19th .

A Board selection committee will make final decisions. Excuse the short turn-around and contact me immediately if you have questions or need additional information.

Your participation is encouraged!

Respectfully,

Sandra
