Hello students,
Reading Across the Curriculum in conjunction with the Office of Student Affairs and the Student Health Initiative would like to introduce you to Student Health 101, an online monthly magazine related to college life. This magazine consists of articles and video recordings on a number of topics, ranging from diet and exercise to how to deal with depression and form good study habits.
You will receive monthly issues via email. I encourage you to read the magazine and provide written feedback. I'd greatly appreciate it.
Your December issue is herehttp://readsh101.com/uncfsu.html! Please read and enjoy!
Thanks,
Dr. Trela N. Anderson, Ph.D.
