An HBCU Blueprint for the Digital Future
On Wednesday, June 10th, the NCCU School of Law's Virtual Justice Project along with Johnson C. Smith University (NC) and the HBCU Library Alliance will host "An HBCU Blueprint for the Digital Future". Your input is needed to inform this conference that will focus on teaching and learning in a virtual space.
As you know, the HBCU Library Alliance is in partnership with the Virtual Justice Project of North Carolina Central University (NCCU) School of Law. Since 2010, the NCCU School of Law has been a forerunner in synchronous distance education using telepresence and High Definition video conferencing. As institutions have moved to online instruction, the Virtual Justice Project, in partnership with the HBCU Library Alliance, is developing a funding proposal to address the immediate and future virtual education needs that have resulted from COVID-19. Through anticipated funding, the goal is to facilitate virtual solutions to as many campuses, sites, and institutions as possible.

I I gained information that I can share with my faculty about tools to help with virtual learning, utilizing free and cost effective resources and helpful tips for accreditation.
