Greetings Loretta, I trust you're well. I've spoken with Kate re: Mary Jo's nomination to LYRASIS Board of Directors. She suggests that we use the Call for Nominations form (attached) from the LYRASIS website. Nominations are due by November 15ht. On the form, we should enter HBCU Library Alliance Board of Directors as the nominator name. Kate mentioned entering the names of each Board member in the text box at the bottom of the form. The only text box is for a brief write-up on background and qualifications. We could enter names of Board members after the background write-up. Kate says that the suggested nomination should be submitted from a Board member's e-mail. I'll e-mail Mary Jo for the background and qualifications information for the form.
