Greetings!
In partial fulfillment of my doctoral studies in Organizational Leadership at Regent University, I have undertaken research for my dissertation that requires me to solicit data from employees of HBCU libraries in regard to Organizational Commitment.
I am seeking your assistance with completing an anonymous online survey. This objective of the survey is to gather data on the perception of leaders in HBCU libraries that may influence Organizational Commitment.
If you agree to participate, kindly follow the link provided below to which the survey will be available and complete by 8/15/2015. It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your right to privacy and confidentiality will be respected as no personally identifying information will be collected.
It is projected that the results will assist HBCU libraries as well as other organizations with understanding and implementing the influences of personal characteristics on Organizational Commitment. Should you have any questions or concerns, you can e-mail me at
branlov@regent.edumailto:branlov@regent.edu.
Please pass along to others that may be able to complete the survey!
