A Bloomberg Aptitude Test (BAT) session will be held on Cheyney University's campus on September 25, 2013, 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM in 216 Logan Hall. Check-in begins at 9:00 AM.
Time: Check-in 9:00 AM, Test begins at 9:30 AM
Location: 216 Logan Hall, Cheyney University main campus

You can connect with elite financial recruiters through the Bloomberg BAT and the BAT will put your candidacy directly in front of key decision makers at elite firms in the finance world during crucial times in the recruiting season. It is no surprise that Bloomberg has had more than 100,000 students take the BAT in the past 2 years.

The BAT is a two-hour multiple choice question exam that tests your aptitude for a career in Finance across 8 performance areas (News Analysis, Economics, Math Skills, Analytical Reasoning, Financial Statement Analysis, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Chart and Graph Analysis. After taking the BAT, your score is anonymously entered into the BAT database, which recruiters search daily to connect with candidates for internship and entry-level positions. Over the past two years, there have been over 25,000 connections between employers and BAT test takers. As an added benefit, all BAT test-takers receive a complimentary six month subscription to "Bloomberg Briefs," Bloomberg's premium newsletter. (The subscription is valued at $2,000 to Hedge Fund managers, portfolio managers and band managers.) "Briefs" will help students prepare for their job searches and interviews. CONNECT WITH ALUMNI: Bloomberg will send a message to all Cheyney University alumni who are Bloomberg users to notify them about Cheyney University's participation and the anonymous profiles available in the database. This will put your candidacy directly in front of key decision makers at elite firms in the finance world during this crucial time in the recruiting season. The attached Powerpoint presentation will provide an in depth understanding of the BAT and why it is a beneficial tool for students.
