Greetings Colleagues,

I trust you're well.  Forty individuals representing thirty-six institutions have registered for the October 7-9 Membership meeting.  If you haven't done, please register as soon as possible to allow adequate time for invoice processing and materials preparation. See registration information in my signature block below.

It's been my pleasure to talk with new library directors and staff about this very important meeting. They've expressed their excitement and look forward to connecting with members in October!

There has been an overwhelming response to the Sunday, October 7th 1:00 - 5:00 Fundraising Strategies for HBCUs pre-conference.  I'm excited to report that 17 individuals have registered for the pre-conference.

The Hilton hotel is sold out for a Saturday, October 6th check-in.  As I shared previously, the contracted room block is Sunday through Tuesday, October 7-9. Also, I've corrected the website to reflect the  September 14th Hilton reservation cut-off date. It's very important that members reserve accommodations at the Hilton so that we meet contract requirements and avoid penalties.

Contact me directly if you have questions or need additional information.

See you in Atlanta!

Respectfully,

Sandra
