Coahoma Male Set for Relaunch

The Coahoma Male program is slated to soon relaunch with continued guidance from Tutorial Services Coordinator Patrick Johnson and a few other advisors. Targeting the young adult men of Coahoma Community College, a sign-up for participation in the organization will be offered online as well as in the Tutorial Lab located upstairs in the Zee A. Barron Student Union, September 16-17, 2019.

According to Johnson, all men attending Coahoma Community College are welcome to join. Activities already scheduled for the school term include workshops and community service projects. LaShasa Griffin, CCC assistant director of Student Engagement, will lead the newly created, coinciding group specifically for the ladies enrolled at Coahoma Community College, Women of Worth (WOW). The group is also set to launch a week ahead of the 2019 Homecoming festivities.
