Dear EnHIP Members,

The National Library of Medicine's Office of Engagement and Traininghttps://nnlm.gov/oet and our partners at BLH Technologies, Inchttps://www.blhtech.com/ will be hosting summer interns between May and August 2022, working on projects in the areas of library and information science, research, communications, and training. As faculty of higher education institutions, you may know of students or recent graduates that could be interested in this opportunity.

We invite internship applications from candidates with education across the humanities and social sciences (including library and information science, public health, communications, and others). Candidates from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs), Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs), and other minority-serving institutions (MSIs) are particularly encouraged to apply.

Interns will primarily be responsible for conducting research and collecting data related to biomedical and public health curriculum at minority-serving institutions (MSIs). Additional projects may include updating training materials and website content, developing storyboards and data visualizations, and supporting evaluations.

All or most of the interns' time will be spent working virtually.
