Noah Drake serves the community with law firm
Alcorn State University alumnus and Vicksburg, Mississippi native, Noah Drake, is lending his legal services to his community with his law firm.
The Law Office of Noah Drake is located on 1415 First North St. in Vicksburg. The office provides legal advice and counseling for those facing criminal charges or persons who are hurt in traffic accidents. Drake, who earned a bachelor's degree in social science education from Alcorn in 2010, serves as a personal injury and criminal defense attorney.
Drake credits his late grandfather for his success as an attorney. He said that his grandfather often motivated him to earn as much education as possible.
"My grandfather Leon Drake, who passed away in 2012, inspired me to not only pursue a career law, but he was also inspirational in encouraging me to further my education," said Drake. "He was very serious about education. He was very self-conscious about his lack of education, so he made sure to instill the value of attaining a college education in my siblings and I."
Opening a law firm is a way for Drake to exhibit his love for helping others.
"I care about the well being of people. My desire is to serve my community the best way I can. I want people to know that if they're ever in trouble, or need any legal consulting, we are here to help lead you in the right direction."
