Dear Colleagues,

We are writing to request your participation in a brief survey for our study titled, Student Success at Historically Black College & University (HBCU) Libraries. We are asking for librarians currently employed at HBCU libraries to complete this survey that should take approximately 30-35 minutes to complete.

Title of the study: Student Success at Historically Black College & University Libraries

Researchers: Sarah Hernandez, First-Year Experience Librarian, Xavier University of Louisiana
Harvey Long, Student Success Librarian, North Carolina A&T State University

Purpose of the Study: This study aims to better understand HBCU librarians' perceptions of "student success." The survey will be conducted through Qualtrics and consist of 23 open-ended and closed-ended questions. We estimate that it will take approximately 23-30 minutes to complete.

Consent and Confidentiality: Your participation in the study is entirely voluntary and anonymous. Participants may choose to withdraw from the survey at any time.
