After reviewing other national chain proposals, the university selected Follett as its retail partner based on the resources, technology and product selection it can provide to meet the evolving needs of the University. With this new partnership, and a network of more than 6,000 publishers at its disposal, CAU will benefit from Follett's expansive inventory of affordable course material choices. Follett will utilize its Price Match Program to ensure students receive value as well as convenience in their purchasing. Beyond books, Follett will reinvigorate the campus bookstore experience by promoting the unique spirit of CAU, refresh general merchandise offerings, hassle-free service and community engagement. "Customers can expect a custom product assortment that reflects local interests as well as national trends in clothing, gifts, supplies, technology and more." Its recent $50M technology investment to "headless" eCommerce keeps Follett at the cutting edge of commercial online retailing.
