Grambling also will get $2.8 million toward library projects.

The University of Louisiana at Monroe will receive $1 million toward the renovation of Sandel Hall, with another $16 million allocated in priority 5 future funding, for a total investment of $17 million for the project.

Approximately $1 million was approved for the Lincoln Parish Sheriff's Office's public safety complex, with another $4 million allocated in priority 5 funding, for a total investment of $5 million for the project.
