State-of-the-art Stock Trading room opens
Central State University's Department of Business will house an actual trading room environment that functions both as a classroom and laboratory.  The new stock trading room has the potential to serve 450 business, accounting, finance, and marketing students. The stock trading room, featuring state-of-the-art financial reporting systems, 20 work stations, and a professor station, will equip students with the ability to operate within market fluctuations driven by corporate earnings reports, as well as man-made and natural disasters that impact commodities.  The total construction cost is $400,000
