Clark Atlanta University News October 18, 2018 Clark Atlanta University Receives $200,000 in Gifts from NPHC Organizations Clark Atlanta University is pleased to announce that it has received two monetary donations from local chapters of National Pan Hellenic Council organizations, Omega Psi Phi, Inc. and Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. The Beta Psi chapter of Omega Psi Phi, Inc. and the Sigma chapter of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. each presented a gift of $100,000 to Clark Atlanta University to go towards student scholarships, a grand total of $200,000. Each group presented a large check to CAU during halftime for the Homecoming football game on Saturday, October 13, when the CAU Panthers football team played against the Benedict College Tigers at Panther Stadium. "I am pleased to accept this award on behalf of the CAU family, faculty, staff, Board of Trustees and alumni," said CAU president Ronald A. Johnson, Ph.D. "We thank the Beta Psi chapter of Omega Psi Phi, Inc. and the Sigma chapter of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. for their generous support of this beloved institution.
