Sustainability Task Force Convened to Best Determine How to Build on Cheyney's Excellence

Cheyney University of Pennsylvania Interim President Dr. Frank G. Pogue has organized an internal Sustainability Task Force to address the University's challenges, and make recommendations to stabilize and empower it to continue to be successful in providing a much needed quality education for all who wish to learn.
"This institution is needed more today than ever in its history," declared Dr. Pogue. "We must continue to build on Cheyney's excellence."
The Task Force, comprised of representatives from across the campus including students, faculty, staff, and alumni, is reviewing Cheyney's mission, vision, goals, and objectives, as well as previous reports, findings and recommendations. Campus-wide town hall meetings are planned to gather advice and input from university constituents.
