Greetings Colleagues,

I trust you're well.  Today I'm celebrating the 1940 birth of Civil Rights leader Julian Bond. As a student at Morehouse College in the 1960's, Bond helped establish the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee.

Strategic Planning Forums

The second of three forums was held yesterday.  Thanks to Paul Blackmon, H. Councill Trenholm State College (AL), Richard Bradberry, Morgan State University (MD), Elizabeth Brumfield and Phyllis Earles, Prairie View A&M University (TX), Teresa Ojezua, Philander Smith College (AR), Roland Welmaker, Morehouse School of Medicine (GA) and Patricia Wilkins, Huston-Tillotson University (TX) for their attendance and participation.

Thanks also to Board Chair Cynthia Henderson, Howard University Louis Stokes Health Sciences Library (DC) and Board member Tasha Lucas-Youmans, Bethune Cookman University (FL) for their support.

The recordings are available as listed below:

Thursday, January 8th - http://lyrasis.adobeconnect.com/p13r4y1s7j9/

Tuesday, January 13th - http://lyrasis.adobeconnect.com/p7zj16fz9mo/

The third forum is scheduled for Tuesday, January 20th.  If you'd like to attend, reply to this e-mail and I'll add you to the roster.
